Do you want to be part of an extraordinary growth journey and help shape the future of one of Denmark’s leading drone companies? Are you skilled in developing and executing bid strategies for the B2G segment, and do you thrive in a dynamic, technology-driven organization? Join Sky-Watch as a Bid- and Proposal Manager and work closely with decision-making processes in a flat organizational structure. You will become part of an ambitious marketing department and take responsibility for managing bid processes from the startup phase to the end.
You will play a central role in ensuring that bids are comprehensive, competitive, and tailored to the tender requirements outlined by the customer. You will be part of an innovative environment with passionate and skilled colleagues, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, while collaborating closely with product management, sales, and R&D.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the bid process – from strategy development to bid submission
- Prepare well-structured and compelling proposals that clearly communicate Sky-Watch’s value proposition
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure bids meet customer requirements
- Optimize and scale the bid function by implementing processes, tools, and automation
- Improve win rate and efficiency through KPIs and analytics
- Own and lead the bid process – from strategy development to bid submission

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure bids meet customer requirements

To succeed in this role, you have experience in a similar position within B2G and are familiar with public tenders, procurement, and contract processes. You have strong technical writing skills and can translate complex solutions into clear and value-driven messages that appeal to decision-makers. Additionally, you possess strong project management skills and are experienced in handling multiple bids simultaneously while managing tight deadlines. Furthermore, you have experience in stakeholder management and enjoy working with a broad interface both externally and internally within the organization. Your educational background is not crucial – the most essential aspect is that you have the necessary experience to take on the role and assume responsibility from day one.
You are proficient in both Danish and English at a professional level. You reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Sky-Watch’s location in Støvring and are prepared to work on-site daily, with occasional travel required.
As a person, you are analytical and structured, with a keen eye for detail, ensuring consistent quality in your work. You thrive in a role where you balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, adeptly managing multiple tenders while driving their execution.
